Stress, Breath, And Performance

Stress begins before the moment of action. It gathers in the body while the room gets louder, the stakes become visible, and the mind starts spending energy before anything has actually happened. In Hof's return to London Real, after a decade in which his work moved from fringe spectacle into global practice, that insight becomes the opening frame.

The example is direct.
