Hello and welcome to your sauna meditation. I am coming to you from inside my own sauna. So as we journey through these moments of heat transformation and breath, we will be doing it together. Take a few moments to establish yourself in a comfortable position for your sauna experience. You may need to shift and alter your position throughout this sauna meditation. If you have the space, it can be nice to lay on the bench. If the bench is shorter, it can be nice to lay on the bench as you place your legs up the wall. This will help to relax the soaz muscle in the low back and aid in rendering states of relaxation. So as you make those final adjustments to create a comfortable space for your body in your sauna, we will begin with three rounds of breath to drop and settle us back into the present moment of now. As we join in with the heat, exhale completely to render the body empty of breath. Blowing a little bit more air out, rendering the body to ground zero empty. Deep inhale. Breathing in that warm

Deep inhale. Breathing in that warm sauna heat in through the nostrils. Filling up the belly and the lungs. Hold at the top of your inhale for a moment. Audible exhale. Ah. Continue breathing out. Inhale through the nose. Filling up your belly and your lungs. Feeling that warm heat pour in through your nostrils sipping in just a little bit more air. Audible exhale blowing all the air out. Inhale comes in through the nose. Breathing in. Welcoming in that warm heated air all the way down into your belly. Moving up through the diaphragm into the lungs. Hold at the top. Audible exhale. Breathing in and out through the nose. Except for moments where you might want to simply breathe out through the lips, through gently pursed lips, or perhaps even audible exhales to release heat. and exhales move out through the nostrils. Continue on your own, softening the edges of your breath, feeling the warmth of your infrared light heating emitters. Or perhaps the warmth emanating from your traditional sauna stove beginning to encase your body. Feeling your temperature rising up. Feeling around the contours of your body. probably not yet even sweating, but beginning to climb the mountain just before perspiration occurs. As this happens, a divine orchestra of events begins to occur already now inside of your body. 30 trillion cells make up the sum total of your physiological composition. And even beyond that, all the proteins that are the building blocks of your body that make up the integrity of your physical form, the vessel that you occupy are beginning to become ready to welcome in an entirely new population of heat shock proteins. The guardians of your

proteins. The guardians of your proteins. the building blocks of your physical form. So, we're about to have all these guardian angels coming in the form of molecules we call heat shock proteins in response to your elevated body temperature. Come back to your breath because all you have to do is sit back, relax, and breathe. the inner orchestra of your own anatomy of your own biology. It creates the magic as it dances with the increased bodily temperature. going back to the ancestral memories. Your ancestral memories because all humans at one point in time across civilizations have turned to the healing power of heat to create biological changes at the molecular level to save your life. And yet all you're asked to do is relax your jaw. Allow your head to become heavy against your bench or against the back of the wall as your whole body is encompassed by heat. And every cell of your body, every organal abiding within every cell of your body rises up in response to this heat, magnifying a divine orchestra that is your human form. Every moment in time that you expose yourself to this increased body temperature causes a chain, a cascade of biochemical reactions to enhance your health.

reactions to enhance your health. Have you begun the perspiration process? Have the first beads of sweat form across your brow around your sweet, relaxed, beautiful eyes? Are they hovering just on the edges of your epidermis not yet fully formed? Or do you already need to take your cloth and hand and wipe your brow, your sweet, beautiful brow? And we breathe. Deep inhale coming in through the nose. Audible exhale. Relax as you allow perspiration to now drop from your sweet, beautiful brow. The radiant heat enters into the body. Your core temperature begins to rise. Neuroprotective factors are released to protect your brain from the heat. And in so doing, you are now already reducing your risk of developing diseases such as Alzheimer's or dementia later in life. you're already actively doing something to prevent these diseases from happening as neuroprotective factors increase with the heat in your external environment and you're asked to simply relax, let go and let biology happen. Let the magic of the sauna happen for you to you but not because of any action you take other than now relaxing neuroprotective factors already occurring with those beads of sweat releasing

releasing releasing as you gently relax your body. Beginning to feel any tingling in the toes and the knees and the shoulders as circulation increases in the sauna as your oxygenated blood begins to flow throughout your entire body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. reducing inflammation in the body already releasing and reducing any pain in the joints already in response to the heat the body releases cytoines that reduce inflammation. So if you're living with arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis or any inflammation of the body or of the bl brain already now with these moments of heat, the body begins to release release cytoines that reduce your inflammation. Relax your body. Relax your mind. And inhale for two, three, four. Exhale. 6 7 8 9 10. Inhale. 2 3 4. Exhale. 6 7 8 9 10. Feel your nervous system beginning to relax as you wipe some sweat from your brow. But notice each moment that your pores open up to release these beads of sweat.

Take a moment to feel awe overcome your body as you begin to realize that your own body releases sweat to cool yourself off in the sauna. Invoking the process of hormesis, the act of gentle stress on the body, controlled stress on the body as medicine to release the biochemical changes necessary to enhance your health, your longevity. Every bead of sweat is an act of divine creation. thousands and thousands of years of evolution to bring you to this pinnacle point where that one droplet of sweat releases from your chin. Sweat differentiates us from all other creatures on this beautiful Goldilocks planet. Our ability to regulate our internal temperatures through sweat separates human beings from all other creatures on Earth. Perhaps it's sweat that allowed humans to rise up to the top of the animal kingdom. As our ancestors hunted, they could cool themselves off as their praise had to find water to stand in and pant. No humans could sweat. We can sweat out toxins. Sweat out the negativity that we've absorbed. We can sweat this all out. And even as we sweat and regulate our internal body temperature, the body releases chemicals, compounds, molecules that enhance our health, that protect

that enhance our health, that protect our brains, that increase circulation, that protect our heart and our internal organs. Even as we release the plastics, the inhaled toxins, the pesticides, could you do anything more for your health, your longevity, your wellness than to take a sauna? Our ancestors thought perhaps not. Our ancestors who made sweat lodges. Our ancestors who had dugouts in East Africa to induce an artificial fever to combat diseases to boost immunity. Our ancestors in the Turkish bathous, our ancestors in the hot springs of Japan, our ancestors in Finland, they all turned to heat for its healing power. And we ask only that you relax and let the heat take over the body and the magic of an system so intricate that we cannot even begin to fathom. The dance of trillions of cells all moving towards your health, your well-being, your longevity. all orchestrated towards your beautiful perfection of health. Relax. Wipe the sweat from your brow. Relax. Let the heat take over as you surrender now to more and more sweat dripping from your body as you know thousands and thousands of ancestors rose up to do just the very thing that you're now doing. through the nose. Breathing in the warm air. Audible exhale. Ah. Last time. Breathe in deeply filling up the body with breath. Audible exhale. Ah. Enjoy the driplets of sweat that come off your body as your body morphs itself, transforms itself in reaction to the heat and all you do is relax. Relax the body as the interior work is done. All those incredible biological changes occur through no effort. And imagine all the other things in your life that occur through no effort, the beating of your heart, all the internal processes, the detoxification of the kidneys, the moving of your toes, all these autonomic occurrences within the body that occur with no thought, no effort just happen for you to sustain ain your life. What if perhaps we took this same internal values of truth and apply them to the outside world? What other things may you let go of, let go of control of in your life that may happen for you without you doing anything? The call that comes in with good news. the home that shows up, the vehicle that shows up in your life. Might our internal orchestra of

Might our internal orchestra of trillions of cells all operating for you to have a successful, healthy body, may that also perhaps be reflected in the world around us. May good be coming to you right now just as it is in your internal body, perhaps even in the out external world. And if what if that for a second we believe that all the beautiful occurrences that are happening within our body are also happening for us in our external world. Ponder this as your body does all these majestic incredible internal occurrences through no effort but your own. Come relax now, says the body as sweat pours down your beautiful face, emanating out of your forearms, eating even. Perhaps you can even sweat from your shins and your knees and your thighs and your beautiful belly. And you're asked to wipe the sweat, to breathe a little more deeply as you're securing your longevity, your health span, not only to live longer, but to live longer in a healthy, beautiful, vibrant body with glowing skin. Soft, taut, beautiful skin is being created right now as collagen is enhanced in your body. And you do nothing. No injections, no difficult process. Just relax. Sit back. Let the heat do the work. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale.
