Hi, and welcome back to the Naples Commission. I'm honored and privileged today to be on site with co-owner and operator of the two new sweatouse locations here in Naples, Florida, Renato Ariaza. Before we jump right in there, this is the Naples Commission where we interview local business owners right here in Naples and Southwest Florida. If you don't mind, if you find this content valuable, hit the subscribe button today. Ronaldo, hey, thanks again for having me here. It's been an awesome experience. Uh we're here in your red light therapy room and I actually for the viewers I actually just finished a contrast therapy session myself and a red light therapy session. Why don't we just start with the basics start from the beginning. Tell us a little bit about the concept behind Sweat House and you know who is this really for? Yeah. Well, first of all, thank you so much Sean for having me. I'm very grateful for this opportunity and it was amazing seeing you. As I walked in, you were finishing up your session and you could really see it in your face how relaxed and how how much you enjoyed your session. So, I'm happy to see all the faces of everyone that comes out of their suite when they do a session here at Sweat House. But just going into what is Sweat House, we're a contrast therapy studio. We specialize in what's called deliberate exposure to both heat and cold therapies. So, we have multiple private luxury suites. Every suite is equipped with an infrared sauna, which is the hot modality, a cold plunge, which is a cold modality. Then we throw in there a vitamin C infused shower which is great for skin, hair and nails. Apart from having the different modalities of hot and cold exposure. It
every suite is also equipped with full entertainment. So you have a TV, a music system. You could either watch your favorite show on Netflix, you could listen to music, or you could just turn everything off and relax, get away from the world for a little bit. And for who it's for, I think it uh it actually could be applied in multiple different facets to multiple different types of people. Anywhere from the person that's in the gym working out, the hard worker that's in the construction site lifting heavy things to the mom that's running around stressed because they have to pick their kids up from school, go to work, take care of house duties, to the elderly person that needs to work on their own internal health, longevity, and wellness. though. It's uh it's interesting, but the aspects of what we do here is really encompasses multiple different people. Well, it it's funny you say that about my face because for those of you watching, I'm I'm normally dressed up more, but today is cool, calm, and casual. And I was actually a little bit nervous about this myself because uh when I go and do the contrast therapy here, I listen to spa music. I I totally disconnect. I'm not on my phone. And while that is is great, it it's different from my routine before I normally record and interview people. So hopefully I'm still on top of my game for you to hear today. So I know that for for me I'm actually surprised because but I get it. I'm I'm an oddball. I I prefer the cold plunge out of all the things. It's the thing I look
forward to the absolute most is a cold plunge. But from what we've talked about and discussed, the the vitamin C shower is like a heavy hitter. Oh, yeah. It's uh it's funny, but whenever we did our round of events before we opened up the studios, uh I always explained what the concept is that we were bringing into town. So, it's interesting, but whenever I speak about sweat house and I run down the list, infrared sauna, vitamin C infused shower, cold plunge, usually what gets people's facial expression to change is a vitamin C shower. And every time I say something, vitamin C shower, they look at me, vitamin C shower. It's one of those things that really jump out. And it's it's an extra little goodie that we throw into the sweets. Again, it helps clean out the water from chlorides and fluoride. So, you get nice clean water coming out. It also helps skin, hair, and nails. So, it really helps your body absorb that vitamin C. It's kind of like a facial for the body. Interesting. I so I don't I didn't know much about vitamin C showers until coming here and learning a little bit more from you, but I will say when I step into the shower, the water does have a certain softness that I'm not used to. Is that kind of is that like is that the feeling you get with from the vitamin C? Yeah, that's exactly it. And it's it's interesting because I don't know about you, but I personally don't really take care of my skin as much as I should. Um, I I don't usually do any uh creams or anything like that. So, honestly, the vitamin C shower is
basically what I've been doing. And that's it's really helped clear off my skin a little bit. Wow. Uh-huh. And then the other I would say maybe not main attraction, but a big attraction is this beast of a unit behind me, which you probably saw in the intro video. Can you talk a little bit more about the room we're in, the red light therapy? 100%. So, we are in our special red light therapy uh room. Actually, interesting fact, Sweat House is a franchise. There's about a little over a 100 studios around the US. Out of the 100 studios, only 17 of them have a red light bed. So, here in Naples, we're lucky to be one of those 17 that actually we were able to put in a red light therapy bed. It's a clinicalra FDA approved multisspectrum bed. Now, what that means is it has a bunch of different settings. Red lights kind of like think of your body cells as solar panels for light waves. And your body really absorbs those different light waves. And based on that, it creates different different types of metabolic functions internally that help both skin, hair, helps with ATP, which is like the energy system in your body, helps with uh inflammation, pain, acne. There's multiple different uh different aspects of how it really benefits us. But um yeah, so we have this red light bed. It's a short uh it's a short session. It's only about 15 minutes long. And to be honest, you just lay down and absorb that light. It's something very simple to do. And if you're watching and never tried red light, maybe even if you're watching
and might be a little skeptical, I will say I was skeptical of red light therapy when I first heard of it before Sweat House opened. I tried it out at a different place and it was panels. Yeah. And nothing wrong with that, but this is a completely different experience. And if you're watching and you haven't tried red light or if you or if you've tried it with just panels, this is totally worth, you know, 20 minutes, half an hour of your time to check this beast out. I I checked it out today. I did the pain setting. That's one of the really cool things about the bed is as compared to panels, you just kind of get one setting. Yeah. And here there's six different modes and all are a little bit different. And I've done a little bit of the research myself because when I got into red light therapy, there were a number of different benefits that I saw. But the number one benefit for me, and if you're anything like me, is if you have trouble going and staying asleep. I'm telling you, after a red light therapy session, it doesn't make me tired right then. But when bedtime comes, I fall asleep like a baby. I stay asleep and I wake up feeling more refreshed and rejuvenated than I, you know, typically ever do. Yeah, it it really helps set what's called the circadium rhythm. So, think of your circadium rhythm like the internal clock of your body. So, usually we get a lot of the light waves that we get from the red light bed from the sun. Early in the morning, we absorb different light waves. It's less UV
light, which is the one that's a little bit damaging for the skin, but it's more of the beneficial red, infrared, a little bit of blue, uh, a little bit of green. So, we get we absorb those light waves early in the morning and usually late at night. And that's what helps set this again the circadium rhythm, which is that internal clock. The thing is, most of us are not really getting as much sunlight as we need. If you work in the office, you're basically you get you wake up in the morning in your room underneath a roof. You get clothed which basically covers all the cells in your body. So your body doesn't get as much exposure from the sun. And all the the sunlight that we ultimately get is from our apartment or our house to our car, from the car to the office. Then we're in fluorescent light all day. Then we go back to our car, back to our home, and we have no sunlight. And that really uh we lose all the benefits that we ultimately get from getting that early morning sun or that late afternoon sun. The red light bed mimics those light waves. Your body absorbs that and that helps with circadian rhythm and with a lot of other different metabolic functions in the body. That's what is internally happening to be honest. Like if you really want to focus on your health, waking up early and getting some sunlight, getting some sunlight before bed, that really helps out. But ultimately, we know we live a very busy life. We have family, we have work, we have kids, and sometimes it does become a little bit difficult. And if you're anything like me, I'm relatively new to the Naples area. And I remember when we were
moving out here, I was like, "Oh my gosh, we used to spend the summers out here. I can't wait. Every single day, I'm going to go to the beach. I'm going to watch the sunset. I'm going to get a lot of sun and then life happens. I have a newborn kiddo who's seven months and and a six-year - old and and a wife and a family and a job and I you know, we try to make it to the beach once a week and we're lucky if that's the case. So, you know, having something like this at at your disposal to incorporate in your routine, it it really does make a difference. And you know, you you brought up infrared. Yeah. And so I know that again, most people, not like me, look forward to the sauna. And the sauna is a little bit different from your traditional sauna. Yeah, definitely. So our in our suites, our contrast therapy suites, we have three modalities. We have the infrared sauna, the cold plunge, and the vitamin C shower. Now, there is a difference, slight difference between infrared saunas and our red light therapy bed. Um it's the main difference is the light spectrum that we're utilizing. So the red light therapy bed uses a different set of light spectrum that impacts the body at the cellular level activating different metabolic functions. So think of like cells mitochondria more of a a deeper sort of longevity side of aspects. The infrared sauna uses specific light waves which is far near
and mid infrared light waves that actually cause your body to heat up. Now a difference between a regular traditional sauna, a steam sauna, an electric sauna is a steam traditional or electric heat the space around you where the infrared sauna with the light waves has a deeper penetration. So you heat your body from within. So, you have a deeper core um detoxing uh the the detoxifying effect from the infrared sauna. Now, this helps with a couple different things. One, because it uses light waves, you don't need to go hot to get all the benefits. So, 140 to 175 is that like sweet spot with infrared sauna where you get all the benefits. Another thing, since you're going slightly lower with red light, you want more exposure to the light. So think timing rather than heat. What you want is more time in the infrared sauna. So what we recommend in the suits is a good 30 to 45 minutes in the infrared sauna at 140 ° to 175. And that's based on your skill level. We recommend starting uh slightly lower, spending more time in the sauna, and then gradually building up as you get used to it. Well, that's super helpful for me because I typically spend 30 to 35 minutes in the sauna and the first 20 minutes are are pretty doable for me. Yeah. And then I will take a quick 60-second break, drink some water with electrolytes, and go back in for 10
minutes. Usually taking a quick 60sec break and then I'll go back in for another 5 minutes after that. But I think I want to bring the temperature down to like 145, 150 cuz I've been hanging at that 165. Yeah. And I do want to get to the point where I can handle 35 minutes without exiting. But for maybe in simplistic terms, what he's saying about the science, and correct me if I'm wrong, but what's happening is the infrared light is penetrating into your skin. Yes. And it's creating a metabolic process within your cells. And so what that means is it feels like like a fat burning workout. Yeah. like your heart rate does increase. It feels, you know, for me it feels like I'm going on on a I wish I could say light jog. Feels like I'm going on a pretty crisp jog after about 25 minutes in there. And that's exactly it. So, uh, the infrared sauna mimics what's called zone 2 cardio. So, it does help with that cardiovascular effect. It helps with, um, your body's ability to pump more blood throughout the body. It also dilates your blood vessels, so you get better blood flow. that ultimately even helps with inflammation, aches and pains that you might have. So, a good 30 to 45 minute session in the infrared sauna is usually burning anywhere from 400 to 600 calories. Really? Yeah. So, anyone that's within that fitness journey or that weight loss journey, this is a great supplement to to that. Now, of course, you still want to exercise regularly. You still want to
eat healthy, but this is a great addition to help boost that metabolic burn throughout the day. That's that's amazing. If you're in zone 2, you're probably not get going to get a lot of afterburn effect, but if you're raising your metabolism on a daily basis, even through a sauna, is it is there any science? Is it safe to say that you're you're going to get some effect later throughout the day as well? 100%. Actually, that's really good that you asked that. The infrared sauna also helps what's called uh helps your body produce growth hormone. So anyone that's in that weight loss journey and this is like a longlasting effect. Anyone that's within that weight loss journey, one of the most important things with weight loss is holding on to muscle. And if you're in a muscle building phase, it's building muscle ultimately. So that growth hormone sort of effect that the infrared sauna does cause helps with that. Ultimately, whenever we want to lose weight, we don't want to just lose weight. We ultimately want to lose fat cuz we we don't want to become too, how would you say, like kind of flabby. Sure. So, holding on to muscle is very important. The infrared sauna does cause that longlasting effect for that. Wow. Mhm. That's that's awesome. And I promise you will get in there and you'll realize just how capable your body really is. I feel like we're I feel like we don't realize how powerful our bodies are. Like I I I'm in the room and I'm like, "Wow." Like I I didn't know I could sit in, you know, 165 ° for 30 minutes, but but you can. And it's
nice. And you have the the TV so you can put on something either like you said for entertainment or distraction or meditation or like you said, just disconnect from the day. One of the cool things especially having your own private room to do this is you could do recovery your own way. So we usually whenever you come into our suites we have nice calming zen music playing inside the so the TVs are connected to the speakers inside the sauna. So we have that zen music playing always in the sauna. Sometimes I personally I want to I'm usually on my phone. I'm doing all these different things. My brain is always like on 100%. So, there's days where I do want to go in there and I'll either put a breath work video on YouTube or I'll turn things off and I'll just like close my eyes and just focus on my breathing. And there's days where I don't want to do any of that and I just want to catch up on a show on Netflix that has nothing to do with anything. So, it's you do recovery your own way. You're in the sauna. You're in there for 30 30 minutes to 45 minutes and you find what works for you. I sometimes put music on and just jam out for a little bit too. Yeah. I I was tempted to do that today by being honest. So, getting to my personal favorite part. Yeah. The cold plug, which is the cold plug. So, you know what I know is one that I love it. It I I can't ex I can't really put it into words what it does for me. It calms me. It relaxes me. It, you know, I struggle
with migraines sometimes. It's made my migraines go away. The the best word I can use is after the cold plunge, I feel like I have this natural high. Yeah. I'm just in a much elevated, better mood. Things don't get to me afterwards. And I noticed there's a loss like inflammation goes away. And I'm a big Hummer fan. And so I kind of got into the idea of cold plunging a few years ago and have been doing cold showers for a while. I've even done the thing where you fill up your bathtub with ice and do it that way. That gets really time consuming and tedious and also expensive, especially if you're just going in there for like 5 minutes. Yes. But from an expert, what what can you share about the cold plunge, the advantages, who it's for, why people should at least give it a try even if it is a little shocking to the system? It's it's interesting you said this. One thing that really caught my attention in in sort of the phrasing that you just used, it relaxes you. Who who would have thought that getting into 50 ° cold water where it's like as soon as you get in, you kind of get like exhilarated is something that relaxes you. And ultimately, that's that's one of the interesting factors that a cold plunge has. I It's very rare, not very rare, but we do get most people are like afraid of cold water. And I I I'm included in that. It was hard for me to
do uh cold plunges. It was hard for me to do cold showers, but ultimately what I look for is what you said, that after effect when you come out out of the cold plunge. You're focused, you're alert, you feel good, you feel relaxed, and then what it does to your sleep also. It does help with sleep. So just explaining a little bit deeper on what happens and what goes on when you get into the cold plunge. Usually go you go through different barriers in the cold plunge. So, first bear you go through, you get in, water's 50 °, your body reacts. What's going on? Did I fall into a lake? Oh my gosh, I need to survive. Get me out of here. You go into like a survival state. You notice you start breathing very rapidly. One of the things that we recommend whenever you go into the cold lunch for the first time and always ultimately is within those first 30 to 60 seconds is really focusing on slowing down your breathing cuz that sends a signal to your body that you're not in danger. Correct? cuz that first 30 to 60 seconds your body's fighting you to get out. But yeah, so first 30 to 60 seconds your body's in is in shock. It's thinking that you fell into a lake. Get me out of here. You control your breathing. It tells your body that you're not in danger. That ultimately calms you down. Now what that does in the cold plunge, practicing that that gets reflected out in the real world because we live in a world where there's constant stressors. There's so many things going on from us getting into the car, going to work because rushing to work because we're slightly late and someone cuts us off and the world goes crazy because of
that. And then there's always other things that come up. Stuff at work, stuff with the family. There's so many different stressors. So your body's ability to calm itself down becomes very important cuz stressors cause so many hormonal, digestive, metabolic factors that are against us. So teaching your body how to calm itself down is very important. That is what happens within those first 30 to seconds into a cold blood. It teaches your body how to react when there's stress and how to calm down for that stress. It's really interesting you bring that up because one of the reasons that I think I like the cold plunge so much is because there is also research uh and I don't want to digress into this too much but for people who are watching the show there's stress which is great for but there's also traum and cold plunge has been extensively researched on what it does from a neurobiological way in the brain and I've been through a lot of things in my I'm sure you have been through some things in your life. Most people have been through some type of extreme stress or traumatic experience in their life and the cold plunge actually helps you release that. I don't know the exact mechanisms biologically. Yeah. But I know the first time that I did a cold plunge, like a true cold plunge, was at the other location on on a mock and Collier and I was in there for about seven minutes
and I kind of waited until I started having like almost trimmers and then I I got out and I didn't dry off. I let myself I let my body come back, heat itself back up rather than putting a towel around me. And I'm telling you, on the drive home, it I was it was euphoric. it. You know, again, I don't know all the ins and outs, but you know, the body holds on to things and the cold plunge helps the body release those things that that are ready to go. 100%. There's a lot of studies that show how, and that's why we say it's it's not just the physical benefits that we get from the sauna and the cold plunge, but we get a lot of the mental benefits. It helps boost up what's called um dopamine. So we get that energy, we get that happiness type of hormone. It helps deal with anxiety, with depression. It helps. So one of the things that has a combination of the contrast therapy, which is a heat and the cold, the hot opens up your blood vessels. The cold tightens them up, so it constricts them. So you get that blood uh pumping sort of effect on your body. Helps with blood flow. Think of this. Everything that we eat now, especially if you tie in some high nutritious food. Let's say you're following like a a healthier approach to food, everything that we eat gives our body not just energy, but nutrients for multiple different things. Blood is how your body transports nutrients throughout the
body. So any metabolic factor that we need to do to help us fight disease, to help us build up stronger is shifted throughout the body through blood. So because of that blood flow it helps a lot of it helps the body bring those nutrients to different areas. Now in the mind neurochemicals which helps our thoughts our processes our mental processing helps with the aspect of fighting depression and anxiety. Neurochemicals are built off of nutrients that we get from food. So, if you're doing the cold plunge, your body's doing be becoming more effective at creating those neurochemicals. Now, tie in healthy eating with the cold plunge. I mean, you're a superstar there cuz it has all the tools necessary to build them. But, yeah, and just diving a little bit deeper also into the dopamine, the alertness. You get that energy from norepinephrine when you're in the cold plunge. So, that's what gives you alert focus. Dopamine. Do dopamine gets you happy. That's why whenever you get out of the cold plunge, you feel like you're ready to tackle the world. It also sets your circadium rhythm. So, you boost up cortisol slightly because you get into the cold plunge, but then cortisol goes down when it gets later throughout the day. Melatonin goes up and that's what helps with a better night's sleep. It's interesting you bring up cortisol and the mental processes, the neurochemicals, and the connection to
the gut. I'm by no means an expert on this stuff, but I think it's interesting. Yeah. And and I can tell you if you're watching this and you are into health and wellness, you know, one of the main markers of health is cardiovascular health. Yes. Second, when we talk about the the connection in in the brain and the stressors and the trauma, what what it's actually helping you do is from what I understand is when you cold plunge and do contrast therapy both is you're not, you know, you're not reciting affirmations to yourself, you're training your subconscious 100%. And that's really cool that you know the contrast therapy is one of the more efficient paths to getting past the conscious brain which is our filter and what we choose to filter out and see to the subconscious to really start healing what'sever is going on in there. when you brought up, you know, depression and anxiety and things like that and then yes, we all need dopamine resets, right? Like, yeah, and you know, cortisol, you know, believe it or not, 3 or four years ago, I was in great shape. I weighed 183 lbs, could lift 300 lb, ran marathons. I had a business experience that went sideways and went through some other traumas. Yeah. And no, I didn't eat perfect, but it wasn't, you know, my weight gain was more stress, cortisol. Yeah. And I can feel it in my body. And but
like I was saying, when it comes to the conscious and the subconscious, just because you can feel it, just because you know, you can stand in the mirror and recite all these affirmations, you can fast, you can, you know, tweak your diet, you can exercise more. But if you can't get at a subconscious level, get yourself out of the fight or flight, bring the cortisol down, reset the dopamine, at least for people like me, I'm going to gain weight almost no matter what. Yeah, it certainly does make it harder. Um, the more stressors we have in our body, the more difficult it does to become to pursue weight loss in general basic health. And this what what it does, it it trains your body how to handle stress in a more efficient way. And then it also deals with stressors that we're already applying to our body. Now, one of the best things I I could tell and I could recommend for anyone is to try it out, but to be consistent with it. One of the hardest things about Sweat House is if you look at the videos, if you look at the pictures that you're going to see today of the suits, it looks very luxurious. It looks beautiful. It looks like a spa. The thing is, when we're looking at spas, how often do people really go to the spa? It's like once in a while, very rare. With contrast therapy and the way that we apply it, it's not just a getaway, but it's more of something protective for the long term. Cuz if you do it regularly, and by regularly, science shows three to four times a week
is what's most recommended. But even if you just do it once a week, it makes a dramatic difference in both your physical and your mental health. Come to Sweat House two, three times a week. You're going to notice a difference in your energy throughout the day. You're going to notice a difference in how you feel and how you approach work. If you're working out, you're going to notice a difference in your workouts, but it's more of that consistency with it. Kind of like working out. Mhm. It's like if if you have someone that works out once or twice a week that never worked out, it's going to be incredibly beneficial. But if you have someone working out three to four times a week, that's going to be even better. But it's not just one single workout that creates a difference. It's more of that regular use. So, and I can second that. Lately, I've been coming weekly. I'm getting it into my more normalized dayto-day routine. Ultimately, I um would like to do sweat house, spinga, That way, you know, six days a week I'm doing something, then I'll just have a day off or or come to sweat house on my day off. But long story short is just coming weekly has really helped my journey getting back into health. I've lost a few pounds, but more importantly than losing a few pounds is all of a sudden now I'm back at Spingo working out. You're right. I show up to work differently. I have more energy. I come home. I'm less stressed. I'm more present with my children. And you know, it I don't think it's a
coincidence that these physical changes started happening right at the time where I started coming here. And I I've only been able to come once a week on the weekends. So, think about if how it would be if I when I do start coming three times a week. Oh, 100%. And it it's funny you say that cuz my sister I I see her quite often and she notices the days that I cold plunge versus the days that I don't cuz she says I'm in a slightly better mood those days that I do cold plunge. So she'll pick up on it like if I had a very hard day and I'm and and I'm going talking to her about it. She looks at me like, "You didn't code today, did you?" I'm like, "Yeah, you caught me." That's funny. I And I can It also just makes you sharper. It does, you know, like just more mentally alert. But what I love about it is it's not like an overunctioning. It's not like super stressed out. Yeah. It's like a I can take care of that. You know, what would you say is because I know that we've talked about some of the science in the repetition or this scheduling at least for the sauna, right? you you say that 30 minutes at least three times a week is like scientifically kind of like that at least sweet spot to really start seeing results. So this is what the the science shows in regards to heat exposure when we're looking at long-term health benefits when we're looking at better circul blood circulation better hormonal effects. Even in the weight loss studies
most of it is linked around a total of 90 minutes for the week. So you want to collectively build up to 90 minutes. That basically if you're doing 30 minutes of sauna that's three sessions of 30 minutes. Of course now it's based on you how you would want to organize that based on your week cuz ultimately business work family we understand there's some things that kind of that we have to structure around. But 90 minutes collectively for the week is what's recommended for heat exposure and for cold exposure it's over 11 minutes collectively. So we're looking at again three sessions of 3 minutes. Now that's collectively for the week. In the session, the way that we recommend using the studio, we recommend 30 to 45 minutes in the infrared sauna followed by the vitamin C infused shower. This cleans out the body for obviously from the sweat in the sauna, but it also helps your body absorb that vitamin C cuz your pores are nice and open and it creates a bridge from the heat to the cold cuz you want to cool off your body slightly. We don't want to shock it too much. We don't want to go directly from the heat to a cold. You want to cool off a little bit in the shower. And then you would finish with 3 to 5 minutes of cold plunging. Love it. I uh I'm the crazy person who goes like head first and then plunge for real. I do. I actually get in it like normally and then I Do you submerge completely? I will submerge my entire body. I I typically reserve that for like the last minute and a half to two minutes. 100%. But yeah, it's it's an incredible
experience. The the other thing too is, you know, maybe for those who are watching who are more business owners, you are extremely talented, not just in health, fitness, wellness, knowing the science, knowing the the ins and outs of the operation, but I've noticed you're a really fantastic marketer, and maybe just take a minute and talk about all the awesome specials that you have going on. 100%. Uh, thank you so much for saying that, by the way. Yeah. So, here at Sweat House, just so everyone knows where we're at, a regular session is about $ 60. Uh, you get your hour in your suite, but um, we do have memberships and packages. What these memberships and packages are based off of is how often you come into the studio. So, you do get a discount per session. Obviously, the more often you come in, the better that discount is. Everyone's first session is a $ 35 intro session. So, that way you get a nice discount. so that way you could come in and try it for the first time. So, we are going to be done with our special promo. But tell you what, for all the viewers of your podcast, if they reach out directly to me, it's I I'm on Instagram as Renato r a t o r i a za. And I'll put that in the description. Yeah, we'll have that in the description. Right now, uh we're running a promo. It does end on June 7th, which is three sessions for 99. But for any viewer that reaches out directly to me, I'll extend that promo especially for
your podcast viewers. Well, thank you. So, make sure to DM Renado on Instagram. Just say Naples Commission. I'll reach out to you and then I'll reach out to me and I'll connect you. Yeah, you'll get a special discount. Three sessions for $ 99. So, basically, it's more than half off of what each session is. And I won't lie, I was about to like sign up for the membership. This is a week and a half ago. And and I'm gonna do it one more time. If if you're gonna go to June 7th, I'm gonna take advantage. I was about to sign up for a membership. And then I saw three for 99. I was like, it's a great deal. You I got a text message everything. And I was like, okay. Like boom. And then yeah, now I do got to say it's like I said, it's the more often you say and you're going to notice first. The cool thing about contrast therapy is you notice the benefits right away. And then the more often and more regular you do it, you notice even more benefits. It's like you get out of your session, your first session, and you feel good, you feel relaxed, you feel happy, you're like, I'm so glad I did this. That's you get that from day one. Now, if you do it more often, you see those benefits increment dramatically. It it ties into not just how you feel after your session, but how you feel throughout the week. how you you'll notice that you walk with less pain. You walk uh happier throughout your days. You're going to notice that certain things I I love hearing stories from members that have been coming with us uh very often um cuz
they're like, "I went to the doctor, blood pressure's better, they did a a stress test on my heart, that got better, all these different things."things and they're like telling me every single thing that he that that has gotten better in their uh in their blood labs and and everything with the doctors and the doctors asked was like what are you did doing different? It's like I didn't really change much than go to Sweat House. That's amazing. And I I can give a quick testimonial. I can tell you from the first time that I tried and as I've become more consistent, I am happier. I I got a promotion at work recently. Congrats. Yeah. So, the the benefits spill over into all aspects of your life. You know, my channel is typically about wealth, business, leadership. This definitely hits on all those facets, but I will say directly, your health is your wealth. Yeah. And what does it mean to accumulate a lot of things if you're not healthy to enjoy them? Yeah. There's a saying I always go back to when when we talk about longevity, wellness, and being proactive about your health. Because a lot of times in the type of world that we live in, we we tend to be reactive. We tend to not take care of ourselves until we need to take care of ourselves. And the saying goes, a man usually has multiple different dreams until until they're in bed sick, and in
that moment, they only have one, and that's usually to get better. To get better or to live longer. Yeah. Yes. Well, Ronado, thank you so much for having me. Sean, it was a pleasure. Thank you for this. No, this was so much fun. Real quick, do you want me to grab this and we you can go like show the suite off real quick? Yeah, definitely. Let's go take a look. We do have a suite available. We have multiple private suites here. U every suite has same equipment. It's a infrared sauna, the cold plunge, the vitamin C. And this is basically what you get. We have the cold plunge. We have the infrared sauna right back there. And if you walk over here, Sean, just watch your step over here. We have the vitamin C infused shower. Now, of course, it's it's full luxury, your own private experience. You get this whole room to yourself for an hour. TV, like I said, is right in front of the sauna, so you could watch TV, listen to music. Yeah, this is incredible. Now, there there is one more thing. Let me show you. Come back over here, which is also very popular. I was surprised by how popular this was until I brought a a team of um cyclingers over and all the women were raving. We do have a Dyson bar. So after you're done with your session, you would just come out here. Full Dyson products, everything you need to get ready for the remainder of your day. Whether you're going to work after this, you're going to dinner with um your partner after this, or whether you just need to freshen up a little
bit. Yeah, that's us, guys. Thank you, Sean. Thank you so much for having me. Thank you for having me, Ronaldo.
